MY Mission
It’s easy to do great work when you believe in what you do. That’s why I am committed to
my art and finding new ways to create beautiful, thought-provoking pieces.
Alcohol inks
I discovered Alcohol Inks when I was working with a retired art teacher in Florida. This is a relatively new medium which I found to be similar to watercolor but much more intriguing.
The inks are comprised of colored dyes that are activated by alcohol. Special paper, ceramic tile, glass or latex coated canvas, are the best surfaces to work on. My pieces are created by blowing the inks in place with an air brush or canned air. Once they dry, they are semi-permanent and water resistant. Some of the dyes can fade if placed in direct sunlight and they can be reactivated with alcohol. To avoid this, I complete my pieces with several coats of varnish, a UV protectant acrylic spray and and a glossy acrylic coating. I hope you enjoy the vibrant color and unique effects that can be created with these inks.

Art, Design and Art History have always been my passion. I especially love painting with watercolor and unique mediums. My Master of Art Education Degree from The University of Toledo has given me the opportunity to work with so many interesting people and showcase my work. I am so thankful for those who have helped me along the way. I hope I can keep teaching, creating and finding a way to make the world a little brighter.
My Project
I am still learning new techniques and trying
different things. Artistic
innovations and artists never cease to amaze me. I have my favorites as I am sure you do but I love color and loose
rather impressionistic styles.
My Motivation
My work is my purpose, my driving force. It's the reason I get up every day and do what I do. Most importantly, it keeps pushing me to achieve bigger and better things with each new challenge.

My business is more than just a job. Each time I take on a new project, I make sure it aligns with my core set of values so I know I can deliver great results.
Portfolio
My current focus is working with alchohol inks. I find the colors vibrant and the process
inspiring. I also love working with watercolors and pen and ink but I am only including my inks here. It is posssible for me to do custom colors and sizes to fit your tastes.
